#1 Custom SEO Web Design Package

Ask for our custom design package when you want a site that is original. We can work in a variety of styles including clean and modern, corporate, high impact, whimsical, kid-themed and more. The custom package includes everything you need for an effective and --impressive--website.

Key Features:

• optimization of site; bronze or gold standard search engine optimization available; we'll work with you to select the best keywords, assign keywords and weave those keywords into your final draft
• 2 hours consulting on the content to create an informative site that attracts clients to you & one hour of light editing

What We Need From You:

• We ask that you write your content and deliver it to us in one document--spell checked and edited. This is one way we keep the price low and maximize the optimization services.

Here’s the process step-by-step:

1. Discussion of content, keywords, layout, look, updates and search engine strategy (in person, or by phone and email)
2. Content ready or 80% complete
3. Review desired look of site and organization of content
4. Homepage design submitted to you
5. Fine tune design
6. Arrange domain name and hosting (if not already set-up)
7. Fine tune content and text, light editing
8. Launch site--some minor text changes continue for up to three months
9. Register with free search engines and premium search engines, if desired

Note about number of pages: Standard fees cover 12 complex pages (with many pictures, complicated text layout, etc.) or up to 40 text pages.

All custom websites include a three-month warranty and update contract.

Not included: Time spent sorting out incomplete or inaccessible domain names or hosting, and purchase of high end stock photos (if desired) are additional.

#2 Kick Start Package / Semi-Custom SEO Web Design

This package is for you if you a want a professional site quickly. Rather than "starting from scratch" on design, you select a basic design from among several
options we offer. The Kick Start package will work for you if your
requirements are straightforward and you are organized. You select a basic
design and provide your logo, colors and photos. We put it all together.
Once you've reviewed the homepage layout, we will "tweak" it once,
twice--based on your feedback.

The Kick Start Website is much more economical than custom design. We've kept the price low by simplifying the design process and having you select the photos. So to be clear. This package is identical to the Custom Website Package, except the design process is streamlined and you select or provide the photos.

#3 Custom Design and SEO Web Copywriting Package

The Custom Design and SEO Web Copywriting Package is the right choice for you if you want a professional to write and optimize your web marketing copy. You might be very busy running your business or you might prefer to have a marketing professional handle the marketing copy.

We will help you complete up to seven sections of web copy. Together we will decide what sections are needed to establish your expertise. We also provide key word research, assign keywords to pages and work them into your final copy. Please call to discuss–this package will be customized for your business, your needs and your goals. For example, if you have a first draft you will pay a lower rate.

This package also includes everything listed above in the Custom Web Design Package. You'll find web copy examples at the bottom of the web copy page.

* One year of FREE hosting by Almost-Everything Communications for one year from the date your site launches. This offer applies to basic sites. Sites requiring secure e-commerce hosting or more then 100 megs of server storage or other special features will require an independent service that we will assist you in setting up. At the end of one year your hosting fees with us will be $6-7/month or $72/84). The account includes 5 email boxes and unlimited email forwarding.

** Domain name hosts: Your domain name will be registered in your name and will be free for two years. Domain administrator tools will be provided by a third-party domain registration service. Details for account access will be provided at the time of registration.

*** Up to two hours of free updates within 3 months after launch. We understand that once a site is live, you may view the site a little differently, not to mention that you may receive feedback from others. Our packages are structured to cover this "shake-down" period when you might want to make slight revisions to your marketing text. Updates do not include radical or significant design changes. Our design process is intended to cover all design changes before the site is launched.

Additionally, the technical functions of your site are guaranteed unconditionally for a period of one year from the launch date. This means that we will fix any flaws found in the site when viewed through one of the major browsers. Or if one of the major browsers goes through a change that breaks something on the site. We strive to make our sites compatible with all commonly used browsers, but cannot guarantee against all changes in the more obscure browsers. Major browsers include versions of Internet Explorer (which includes AOL), Mozilla (Firefox), Safari and Opera released within the last three years.
